When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. We ship via UPS ground from our warehouse in California. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
**Note: Our current shipping operation does not allow for shipments to PO mailboxes.

Where is my order?

If you have not received your order 2 weeks after estimated delivery, please contact Customer Support (support@armadalebrands.com) for assistance. Shipping delays related to COVID-19 may impact orders and we are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

We’re pleased to offer free ground shipping on domestic orders $50 and over. For orders under $50 and expedited orders, shipping will be calculated based on the order total and it's destination.

Do you offer international shipping?

Armadale Brands' products are currently only available for domestic shipping, however we are currently working on making them available worldwide.
